Marta the cat girl came into our care almost a year ago. This very friendly little cat was found on the street as a stray. She raised her seven kittens in the shelter and they have all found new homes now.
When she came into our care, Marta immediately showed her humane nature. Standing in the distance, one begins to wonder who it is that is banging the door so hard? Sure enough, it’s Marta, kneading her paws and looking at the human with round eyes. Even though Marta is a big people cat, she has unfortunately not been able to get along with the other cats. Marta is in a shelter waiting for her forever home, but such a hearty sweetheart should have been in a forever home long ago – running from room to room, warming up in the sun and snuggling up with a human for the night!
