The owner of the online shop (www.kassideturvakodu.ee/pood) (hereinafter referred to as the Online Shop) is the NGO Cats’ Shelter Registration Code 80248010. Anni 8-2 Tallinn 13626.

Validity of the sales contract, commercial and price information

The terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Shop.

The prices of the products sold in the online shop are indicated with the products. The price is subject to a delivery charge.

The delivery charge will be displayed to the buyer when placing the order. Information about the goods is provided on the Online Shop directly next to the goods.

Placing an order

To order, you must add the products you want to your shopping cart. In order to place an order, you must fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method. The amount of the fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid by bank transfer.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to expiry of the delivery period or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than 14 days after the notification.

Description of payment methods

Banking lines are provided by Maksekeskus AS. Payments are accepted in euro (€).

Delivery to

Goods will be delivered to DPD, Omniva and Smartpost parcel machines or by Omniva courier within Estonia. When ordering abroad, we will make a separate agreement with the buyer.

The shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Shipments within Estonia usually arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 7 days of the order being placed.

Processing of personal data

The online shop uses the personal data provided by the buyer only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. MTÜ Katide Turvakodu is the controller of personal data, and for the purpose of making payments, we transfer the necessary personal data to the authorised processor Maksekeskus AS and to the company providing the transport service in order to deliver the goods.

Right of withdrawal

Products can be exchanged and returned within 14 days of receipt.

The returned product must not be dirty, worn or washed. It must bear the original labels and other unused product markings.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless the reason for returning the goods is that they do not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. they are wrong or defective).

Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online shop will immediately, but not later than 14 days, return to the buyer all the fees received from the buyer under the contract. The online shop may refuse to make refunds until it has received the return of the goods that are the subject of the contract.
